Connecting Microsoft Outlook
Connect your Microsoft 365 account so Law Booker can check your Outlook calendar for conflicts, create events for new bookings, and generate Microsoft Teams links for virtual appointments.
What you get
When you connect Microsoft 365, Law Booker gains access to:
Outlook Calendar β Read your calendar to check availability, and create events for new bookings.
Microsoft Teams β Generate unique Teams meeting links for virtual appointments (requires a work or school account with a Teams license).
Connect your Microsoft account
In the sidebar, click Integrations.
Find the Microsoft 365 card under Available Integrations and click Connect.

Sign in with your Microsoft account. You can use either a personal account or a work/school account.

Grant Law Booker access, then you'll be redirected back to the Integrations page with a success message. Your Microsoft account appears under Active Integrations.

Your primary Outlook calendar is automatically selected for availability checking.
A note about Microsoft Teams
Teams meeting links are only available with work or school Microsoft 365 accounts that have a Teams license. If you connect a personal Microsoft account (like an @outlook.com or @hotmail.com address), calendar syncing will work normally, but Teams meeting links won't be available.
You can still use Google Meet or Zoom for video meetings with a personal Microsoft account.
Connect additional Microsoft accounts
If your plan allows multiple calendar connections, you can add more Microsoft accounts.
Click Manage on the Microsoft 365 card under Available Integrations.
Click Add Another Account.
Sign in with a different Microsoft account. The account picker lets you choose or add an account.
Choose which calendars to check
In the Active Integrations section, expand Calendar Settings.
Under the calendar selector, check or uncheck individual Outlook calendars from each connected account.

Events on selected calendars will block those time slots from being offered to clients.
Set your destination calendar
Expand Calendar Settings in the Active Integrations section.
Under Destination Calendar, choose which Outlook calendar should receive new booking events.
Choose your Teams account
If you have multiple Microsoft accounts connected with Teams available, you can pick which one generates Teams links.
Expand Calendar Settings.
Under Meeting Providers, select your preferred account from the Microsoft Teams dropdown.

Only accounts with Teams available appear in this dropdown.
Disconnect your Microsoft account
In the Active Integrations section, click the arrow next to your Microsoft account to expand it.
Click Disconnect.
If any of your booking links use Microsoft Teams, you'll see a warning listing the affected booking links. Review the list, then click Disconnect to confirm.
Disconnecting removes all calendar selections and destination calendar settings for that account.
