Connecting Google Calendar

Connect your Google account so Law Booker can check your calendar for conflicts, create events when clients book with you, and generate Google Meet links for virtual appointments.

What you get

When you connect Google, Law Booker gains access to:

  • Google Calendar β€” Read your calendar to check availability, and create events for new bookings.

  • Google Meet β€” Automatically generate unique Google Meet links for virtual appointments.

Connect your Google account

  1. In the sidebar, click Integrations.

  2. Find the Google card under Available Integrations and click Connect.

Your primary Google Calendar is automatically selected for availability checking. You can adjust which calendars Law Booker checks in the Calendar Settings.

Connect additional Google accounts

If your plan allows multiple calendar connections, you can add more Google accounts.

  1. Click Manage on the Google card under Available Integrations.

  2. Click Add Another Account in the detail panel.

  3. Sign in with a different Google account.

Each connected account can have its own calendar selections and availability checks.

Choose which calendars to check

After connecting, you can pick which of your Google calendars Law Booker uses to check for conflicts.

  1. In the Active Integrations section, expand Calendar Settings.

  2. Under the calendar selector, check or uncheck individual calendars from each connected account.

Events on selected calendars will block those time slots from being offered to clients.

Set your destination calendar

The destination calendar is where Law Booker creates events when a client books an appointment.

  1. Expand Calendar Settings in the Active Integrations section.

  2. Under Destination Calendar, choose which calendar should receive new booking events.

Choose your Google Meet account

If you have multiple Google accounts connected, you can choose which one generates Google Meet links.

  1. Expand Calendar Settings.

  2. Under Meeting Providers, select your preferred Google account from the Google Meet dropdown.

Disconnect your Google account

  1. In the Active Integrations section, click the arrow next to your Google account to expand it.

  2. Click Disconnect.

  3. If any of your booking links use Google Meet, you'll see a warning listing the affected booking links. Review the list, then click Disconnect to confirm.

Disconnecting removes all calendar selections and destination calendar settings for that account.
