Connecting Zoom
Connect your Zoom account so Law Booker can automatically generate unique Zoom meeting links when clients book virtual appointments with you.
What you get
When you connect Zoom, Law Booker can:
Generate Zoom meeting links β Each virtual appointment gets its own unique Zoom link, so you never have to create meetings manually.
Zoom is a video-only connection. It doesn't sync calendars or check availability β use Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook for that.
Connect your Zoom account
In the sidebar, click Integrations.
Find the Zoom card under Available Integrations and click Connect.

One Zoom account per user
Each user can connect one Zoom account. If you need to switch to a different Zoom account, disconnect your current one first, then connect the new one.
Use Zoom with your booking links
After connecting Zoom, you can select it as the meeting location when creating or editing a booking link.
Go to Booking Links and create or edit a link.
Under Location, choose Zoom.
When a client books that appointment, Law Booker automatically generates a unique Zoom link and includes it in the confirmation.
Clients join by clicking the Zoom link in their confirmation email β they don't need a Zoom account.
Disconnect your Zoom account
In the Active Integrations section, click the arrow next to your Zoom account to expand it.
Click Disconnect.
If any of your booking links use Zoom as the meeting location, you'll see a warning listing the affected links. Review the list, then click Disconnect to confirm.

After disconnecting, those booking links will no longer be able to generate Zoom meeting links until you reconnect or change their location type.
