Completing Your Profile
Your profile contains your professional details that clients and team members see. You can set up your profile during onboarding and update it anytime from the Profile page.
What you can edit
Full name
Your display name across Law Booker. This field is required.
Title / Position
Your role at the firm, such as "Senior Partner" or "Legal Assistant." This is optional and only visible to firm members.
Professional bio
A short description of your experience and expertise. This is optional and helps clients learn about you.
Timezone
Your local timezone, used to display appointment times correctly. Law Booker detects your timezone automatically when you first sign in, but you can change it using the searchable dropdown. Common timezones like New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, and London appear at the top for quick access.

Update your profile
Click your name or avatar in the sidebar to go to Your Profile.

Update any of the editable fields: Full Name, Title / Position, Professional Bio, or Timezone.
Click Save Changes.
You'll see a confirmation message when your profile is saved.
Fields you cannot change
Email address — Shown on your profile but cannot be edited. Contact support if you need to change your email.
Email verification status — Shows whether your email has been verified.
Account type — Your role (Firm Admin, Firm User, or Super Admin) is set by your firm's administrator.
Member since — The date your account was created.

Profile image
Your profile image is set automatically from your Google or Microsoft account when you sign in. Profile images cannot be changed directly in Law Booker at this time.
